SERVICES
Prefabrication
Charlestown employs strict weld procedures and highly trained and experienced coded welders. All prefabrication and piping assemblies are joined using appropriate parameters to each Client specification and in line with relevant process standards.
Our product range ensures we undertake a fully traceable and up-to-date welding approval system which is continually monitored through the likes of our Non Destructive Testing (N.D.T).
Process Pipework Services
Charlestown is a fully-equipped engineering service contractor. We offer fabrication, installation and testing of piping systems of varying material grades for utility, process and hygienic services. We have the ability to manage associated work elements including equipment positioning and alignment, insulation and N.D.T to deliver a fully traceable, tested and documented service to our Clients'. We can deliver mechanical piping as a stand-alone offering or as part of an overall mechanical, electrical and piping (MEP) service/project.
